Beth Ronnenburg, SPHR, SHRM-SCP oversees all business interests and operations, including consulting, product development, marketing, and sales to ensure the delivery of high-caliber solutions to clients.

With 30 years of experience in the human resources field, Beth is a recognized industry compliance expert. She continues to offer guidance to this nation’s top companies and law firms navigate through the complex regulatory requirements of OFCCP.

Beth’s understanding of the inner workings of OFCCP often take her around the country where she delivers presentations at conferences and coaches professionals on effective solutions for remaining proactive and reducing liability.

Beth currently serves as a board member for the National ILG, where she represents the Mid-Atlantic Region. She is also the Chair of the Baltimore ILG. Beth holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University.
